アジアラグビーフットボール連盟に加盟する、各ラグビーフットボール協会から推薦を受けた2005年4月2日から2007年4月1日に生まれた男子とする。
[ 指導者条件 ] 人 数： 3名以内

Males born between 2 April 2005 and 1 April 2007, who have been recommended by their national governing body (union), which should be a member of Asia Rugby
– Up to 3 coaches

9/26（木）：ラグビーワールドカップ観戦（イタリアvカナダ）
9/27（金）：Xラグビー講習会・ラグビークリニック
9/28（土）、9/29（日）：Xラグビー交流大会（2日間）

27 Sept: XRugby Course and Rugby Clinic
28-29 Sept: XRugby Exchange Tournament

試合では、主催側で医療従事者もしくはセーフティーアシスタントを配置する。
ただし各チームでメディカルスタッフを確保している場合はこれを認める（ビブス着用）。
また、試合中のケガに対して、テーピング等対応するが、それ以外は各チームでの対応とする。そのため救急用品は各チーム・個人において準備すること。
救急搬送が必要な場合は、主催側（大会運営本部）が手配等を行う。

そのほか試合及び会場における一切の責任は、当該チーム及び当事者の責任において処理すること。

During the matches, the hosts will arrange a healthcare professional or safety assistant. However, medical staff from each team are allowed to contribute (wearing bibs).

In addition, in the case of injury during matches, simple support such as taping will be provided, but other responses will need to be provided by the team. For this, each team or individual should prepare a first aid kit. If an ambulance is required, the hosts (through the tournament head office) will arrange this.

Anything that happens during the matches or at the venues is the responsibility of the teams/parties involved.

（1）ワールドラグビー制定の2019年ラグビー規則（X Rugby）による。
（2）試合時間は7分ハーフ（ハーフタイム1分）で行う。
（3）参加チーム数により試合数などを決定する。

1)The match rules will follow World Rugby’s 2019 XRugby Laws
2)All matches will be 7 minutes per half, with a 1 minute half time.
3)The number of matches will depend on the number of participating teams
